✅ Warranty period

All JN NAILS electrical Products include a 6 month warranty from the date of delivery for the original buyer.

✨ What the warranty covers

  • Manufacturing faults
  • Electrical malfunctions not caused by misuse
  • Battery or charging issues caused by defects

🚫 What the warranty does not cover

  • Damage from drops, impact, or accidental breakage
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Incorrect use or failure to follow instructions
  • Water or liquid damage
  • Any item that has been opened, altered, or tampered with

🚚 Shipping for warranty repairs

  • The customer is responsible for the cost to send the product to us for inspection or repair
  • JN NAILS covers the cost to send the repaired or replacement item back to the customer
  • If the item is inspected and found not faulty, the customer remains responsible for all postage costs

📩 How to make a warranty claim

To submit a warranty claim, please email support@jnnails.co.uk with:

  • Your order number
  • A short clear video showing the issue

Our team will review the claim and confirm whether it is covered under the warranty. If approved, we will arrange a repair or replacement depending on the issue.

  • Warranty applies only to the original buyer and valid proof of purchase is required
  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by salon environment risks such as spills or power surges
  • Replacement items follow the original warranty period and do not create a new warranty term
