Return Policy

We offer a fourteen day return period from the day you receive your order.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To request a return, please contact support@jnnails.co.uk . Once your request is approved, we will provide full instructions and the correct return address. Parcels sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Customers are responsible for the return postage costs. We recommend using a recorded delivery service for your protection. For any return enquiries, you can reach us at support@jnnails.co.uk .


Damages and Issues

Please check your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is damaged, defective, or if you have received the wrong product. Our team will review the issue promptly and arrange the appropriate solution.

Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.


Refund Policy

Refunds are processed within five working days once we receive and inspect your returned item. You will be notified by email when the evaluation is complete. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original item first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the replacement.

Delivery Information

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct at checkout, as we cannot take responsibility for parcels delivered to an incorrect address.

If no one is available to receive the parcel, you may need to collect it from a local pickup point.

If a parcel is returned to us after three unsuccessful delivery attempts, a fee of £5.95 will apply if you choose to have the parcel resent or if you request a cancellation.
