RETURN POLICY

We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@jnnails.co.uk. If your return is accepted, will given you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

All buyers are responsible for return postage. You can always contact us for any return questions at info@jnnails.co.uk

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

REFUND POLICY

Refunds 

Please allow for a period of up to 5 days for us to process the refund.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Nail Courses Cancelation/ Refund Policy

If you have paid and been registered with the online learning portal, unfortunately at this time a refund cannot be given even if you are unable to complete or attend the practical. If you cannot attend a practical date but wish to join a different, available date, you may be moved but an admin fee £50 will apply. You must give at least 72 hours notice. If less than 72 hours notice is given or if you do not attend with no notice, an admin and 'no show' fee £100 will apply to reschedule to another available date.

If you have not been registered with online learning portal (usually refresher courses or master class) and you can give at least 72 hours notice, you can transfer the balance to a gift card to be used against other courses or products for up to 2 years from the date of issue. If less than 72hrs notice is given an admin fee £100 will be deducted from the balance and a gift card for the remaining will be given. Refunds are not given under any circumstances.
