Shipping Zones United Kingdom Mainland

We ship orders from Monday to Friday except on United Kingdom Bank Holidays.

Orders are usually processed within 24 hours.

All orders placed after 1 PM on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday.

Next day delivery is available. Standard United Kingdom delivery is free for orders over £69 when placed before 1 PM from Monday to Friday.

If you do not receive your parcel, please contact us after 3 working days for next day delivery or after 7 working days for standard delivery so we can investigate this for you.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot take responsibility for parcels delivered to an incorrect address or for orders not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout.

If you are not available to receive the delivery, please arrange for the parcel to be diverted to a local pickup point for your collection.

If a parcel is returned to us after 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts, a fee of £5.95 will apply to resend the parcel or to process a cancellation and refund.

Shipping Zones Europe

Tax Duty is the responsibility of the customer.

We ship to France and Germany with an estimated delivery time of 4 to 10 working days.

Most other European destinations have similar delivery timeframes.

Please email us if you have not received your delivery within 10 working days so we can look into this for you.

For any issue with your order, contact support@jnnails.co.uk with your order number, name and postcode.

If a parcel is returned to us because the customer did not pay the required Tax Duty, we will refund the order amount but the shipping cost will NOT be refunded.
